About Supersites

Supersites Inc. is a senior engineering and design firm that partners with organizations across industries — including financial services, healthcare, technology, and professional services — to architect, build, and manage custom digital products and platforms. Our work spans high-performance websites and web applications, custom business software, data integration pipelines, automation systems, and AI-enabled solutions. We bring deep technical expertise, long-term product ownership, and disciplined execution so our clients can scale confidently as their business evolves.

The Role

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager with deep financial services and fintech domain expertise to own the delivery of digital product development and platform engineering projects for our growing client portfolio. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between engineering teams and financial services stakeholders, manage complex multi-workstream initiatives, and bring structured Agile methodology to a fast-moving organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing technology projects involving wealth platforms, investment product systems, financial data integration, and regulatory-sensitive environments, and is comfortable leading distributed, cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for digital product development, platform engineering, and data integration engagements for financial services and fintech clients, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget targets are met.
  • Manage complex, multi-workstream technical initiatives involving financial data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across wealth management and investment product platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, running status meetings, managing expectations, and translating financial business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum and SAFe ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming across cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RACI matrices, and RAID logs; communicate project status, risks, and findings to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, data, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution, data quality, and regulatory alignment.
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new engagements, evaluating platform capabilities, API integration requirements, data pipeline architecture, and resource needs.
  • Build executive dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making and provide visibility into project health and delivery metrics.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help establish scalable project management frameworks as the team and client portfolio grow.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing digital product development, platform engineering, or technology delivery projects in financial services, fintech, or wealth management environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent, multi-million-dollar technical initiatives with cross-functional, distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology platforms, data integration patterns, API architectures, and software development lifecycles.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) in enterprise delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to senior executives and bridge technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or CSM certification.
  • Direct experience with wealth management platforms, investment product lifecycle management, or banking technology systems.
  • Familiarity with data technologies including Snowflake, AWS, and data pipeline tooling.
  • Experience working with offshore or globally distributed development teams.
  • Background in managed services, consulting, or technology partner delivery models.
  • Knowledge of financial regulatory considerations (compliance, data governance) that impact technology project delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000-$70,000/year plus performance bonus up to 15% of base salary.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 15 days PTO + 10 paid holidays
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • $3,000 annual professional development budget
  • Remote/hybrid work arrangement with periodic travel to the New York metropolitan area for client engagements
